Shipping

Available destinations and postage are calculated at checkout from the delivery address, selected service and parcel weight. Suitable standard parcels are normally sent with DHL tracking. Heavy/freight goods are dealt with separately; any special freight cost must be provided before the customer places the order.

Estimated delivery is stated on the listing or checkout. Export/import and customs rules depend on the destination and applicable law. Goods marked for OEM compliance are dispatched only after manual approval.

Payment methods

Bank transfer in advance and PayPal, including further methods actually presented by PayPal at checkout. Availability may depend on destination, order value and PayPal eligibility.

PRE-ORDER items have an estimated availability/delivery period on the individual listing. Paying ahead of delivery does not remove statutory consumer rights.

Returns

Returns are governed by the withdrawal policy and statutory rights for defects. Returns of non-parcel freight goods require explicit pre-purchase information about the associated cost.
