Withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form

Right of withdrawal – consumers only

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. For a single order delivered in separate shipments, the period starts after receipt of the last item.

To exercise your right, inform Homecockpit-Simulation, proprietor Sven Lamprecht, Lindenallee 17, 91161 Hilpoltstein, Germany, support@homecockpit-simulation.de, of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email or letter). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

You may also use the online withdrawal function on our website. You meet the deadline if you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same means of payment as for your original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will incur no charge for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal, to the business address above. You meet this deadline if you dispatch the goods within that period.

You bear the direct cost of returning goods suitable for parcel post. For freight goods not suitable for parcel post, the specific return cost must be disclosed before purchase; details remain to be completed before publication.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

PRE-ORDER and OEM goods

Products labelled PRE-ORDER, used, As Removed or OEM are not excluded from statutory withdrawal rights merely because of that label. Exceptions for genuine made-to-order personalisation or digital content only apply when all relevant statutory conditions are met.
