OEM compliance and end use

Products covered

This process applies only to products specifically marked OEM Compliance Required. Ordinary simulator electronics or displays do not automatically require a declaration.

Order and document

At checkout you may choose the form language, with an automatic default based on the destination. Your order confirmation from shop@homecockpit-simulation.de includes the declaration prepared for your order.

Please complete final end-user, location and specific civilian use details. Sign the form and return it, quoting the order number, to compliance@homecockpit-simulation.de.

Approval and export rules

We manually review the declaration. Controlled items are dispatched only after payment and approval. Contractual export/onward-transfer restrictions agreed before checkout and applicable sanctions/export controls apply regardless of language. This form does not replace a government licence.

Mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal and rights concerning defective goods, remain unaffected.
